Booking process

1. Booking inquiry via website
2. Confirmation by email from Whitewood
3. Transfer of 50% deposit within 3 working days (If the total rent is less than € 100.00 net, the total amount must be transferred as a deposit.)
4. The appointment is fixed
5. Appointments not paid for in advance will not be reserved or accepted from our side.

The studio has seven little rules:

• This year, entering the shooting area is allowed only without shoes.
• Payment on site is only possible by cash
• Time extension is subject to availability. The extra hours must be paid in cash on site
• please come on time, in case of any delays we cannot postpone the appointment and we are open only at the reserved times.
• in the studio rooms no eating or drinking is allowed. We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can do that
• With regard to children and possible allergies, we ask you to leave your pets at home
• Cancellation is according to our AGB possible
