Booking process

1. Booking inquiry via website
2. Confirmation by email from Whitewood
3. Transfer of 50% deposit within 3 working days (If the total rent is less than € 160.00 net, the total amount must be transferred as a deposit.)
4. The appointment is fixed
5. Appointments not paid for in advance will not be reserved or accepted from our side.
6. With a lead time of less than 36 hours, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the appointment can be accommodated. On-site extensions may also not always be feasible.

The studio has seven little rules:

• The studio spaces may only be entered in slippers or clean shoes brought for the shooting.
• Payment on site is only possible by cash.
• Time extension is subject to availability. The extra hours must be paid in cash on site.
• Please arrive on time, a maximum of 10 minutes before the appointment. In case of any delays, we cannot reschedule the appointment, and we are only open with prior reservation.
• in the studio rooms no eating or drinking is allowed. We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can do that
• IMPORTANT CHANGE: Photographers planning multiple photoshoots (mini-sessions) on the same day are responsible for their own clients, their arrival, entry, and assistance, as well as explaining the studio rules. We recommend having a second person to assist with organization.
• With regard to children and possible allergies, we ask you to leave your pets at home!
• Altogether, a maximum of 8 people are allowed in the studio.
• Cancellation is possible according to our terms and conditions (AGB).
