Booking process
- Booking inquiry via website
- Confirmation by email from Whitewood
- Transfer of 50% deposit within 3 working days (If the total rent is less than € 180.00 net, the total amount must be transferred as a deposit.)
- The appointment is fixed
- Appointments not paid for in advance will not be reserved or accepted from our side.
- With a lead time of less than 36 hours, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the appointment can be accommodated. On-site extensions may also not always be feasible.
The studio has seven little rules:
- The studio spaces may only be entered in slippers or clean shoes brought for the shooting.
- Payment on site is only possible by cash.
- Time extension is subject to availability. The extra hours must be paid in cash on site.
- Please arrive on time, a maximum of 10 minutes before the appointment. In case of any delays, we cannot reschedule the appointment, and we are only open with prior reservation.
- in the studio rooms no eating or drinking is allowed. We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can do that
- With regard to children and possible allergies, we ask you to leave your pets at home!
- A maximum of 12 people are allowed to be in the studio at the same time
- Cancellation is possible according to our terms and conditions (AGB).

1. Check availability – In the calendar, you can only see the available dates. The rooms are color-coded: Pink represents the large Paris Bound Salon, brown for the Retro Corner, and red means the studio is closed. You cannot book yourself in the calendar or select a date directly.
2. Found a date? – Scroll down to the form at the bottom of the page.
3. You can find the form at the very bottom of the page, below the calendar, where you can select the date and the desired room.
Paris Bound Salon = pink (our large room is 65 m², with a fireplace, a 3-meter tall tree, a Christmas arch, and many toys for children).
Retro Corner = brown (25 m² and mainly intended for adults, more for Christmas-themed fashion, boudoir and cosplay photography)
Closed = red
